By signing this agreement, I agree that:

• ⁠I/we agree that all information provided above to be true and valid and hereby agree to the conditions of this agreement:

• ⁠I/we understand that in the event of any loss/damage that I/we will be responsible for said loss/damage in line with the rental terms and conditions.

​

• ⁠I/we agree to report all motor accidents/damage to the nearest police station within 24hrs and to report the same to the rental company.

​

• ⁠I/we agree to settle all fines/penalties etc in full and to provide the rental company with copies as proof of settlement.

​

• I/we agree to obey all road laws/regulations etc as set out by the relevant authorities, and to operate the vehicle in a safe & careful manner.

​

• ⁠I/we agree to settle in full, the amount due for the rental before or upon termination of the hire as requested by the rental company. Failing which the rental company may engage necessary means of debt collection to recover the debt. Any fees/charges/interest etc applied at renter's cost.

• I/we agree to have received the vehicle in the condition stated and the only damage is that which is stated
