Fuel
Vehicles are delivered with a FULL tank and must be returned with FULL tank.

Terms Of Payment
A minimum deposit of MWK 70,000-00 or USD 1000-00 or a valid Credit Card (VISA & Mastercard Only) is required prior to collecting any vehicle. Payment is prefered in Cash (all major currencies accepted). Local Purchase Orders (LPO's) are accepted on prior arrangement. This can be waivered by the discretion of management.

Insurance
Insurance cover quoted is 3rd Party ONLY. Comprehensive cover is available on request only. This requires 48hrs notice. Comprehensive cover liability is as follows:
- Hirer is liable to 10% for all damages where damage is concerned.
- Hirer is liable to 20% of cost if theft is concerned.

Passenger liability is included in all covers.

Damage To Vehicle
Please ensure the vehicle is checked all round when receiving it. Anything noticed should be recorded immediately. Damages incurred during the rental will be charged according to the insurance cover taken out. Accidents must be reported IMMEDIATELY to the local police.

Chauffeurs
Our friendly, experienced chauffeurs are available at MWK 1000-00 (USD 20-00) per day. Chauffeurs are entitled to MK 2000-00 (USD 20-00) per night as allowance towards meals and accomodation when spending the night away from base. They are also entitled to MWK 100-00 (USD 2-00) per hour overtime when working outside normal working hours.

Drivers Age
Minimum age of driving on all classes of vehicles is 23. Maximum age of driving on all classes of vehicles is 70. This can be waivered by the discretion of management.

Driving Licence
A valid unendorsed licence MUST be produced at the time of rental. Foreign driving licences are accepted. Licences must be held for a minimum of 3 years.

Breakdown
Rental includes breakdown cover. A charge will be affected where the driver has been negligent. Hirer must contact the 24hr help line indicated on rental agreement at time of collection of vehicle.

Late Returns
If a vehicle is returned less than 29 minutes late, no charge is added. If a vehicle is returned 30 minutes late, this will result in a charge amounting to 25% of the daily rental.If a vehicle is returned 3 hours late or more, this will result in a charge of a full days rental.

Delivery/Collections
Delivery and/or collections of vehicles must be arranged in advance and will be charged according to location.

Airport delivery is complimentary, our driver will be waiting for your arrival in the arrivals hall. Airport collection is complimentary and will be done at a pre-arranged meeting point. Airport collection/delivery being complimentary is subject to the SAME airport being used both on arrival as well as departure.

Extension Of Hire
This can be done by contacting the hiring office on the numbers provided. This will affect the cost of the rental.

Opening Hours
Mon - Fri: 07:30-12:00 and 13:00-17:00 Sat: 08:00-12:00
Hires requested outside normal working hours are arranged on request.

Cross-Border Travel
This is arranged on request. All necessary paperwork is arranged by us in advance at the cost of U$D 50-00 which must be paid in cash on arrival. Copies of passport and driving licence is required a MINIMUM of 48hrs in advance.

Policy On Off-road Driving
All our vehicles are to be operated on regularly maintained tarmac roads. In the event that vehicles have the need to go off-road, the driver is expected to be cautious and sensible.
Please Note: Insurance does NOT cover damages that are incurred off-road.

Valet Service
All vehicles are provided CLEAN and spotless. They are to be returned CLEAN. A Valet service will be charged accordingly for any vehicles returned unclean.

Special Equipment
This is available on request and is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
This includes: Baby seats, tents, shovels, pots, pans, roof racks, light weight trailer, etc...
