The honeymoon would soon be over for athletes who use performance enhancing drugs as government has announced the formation of a national anti-doping organisation which would be testing sportsmen before any competition. And if there are some footballers fond of drug abuse, the bad news is that the Ministry of Youth and Sports Development has already trained Flames' doctor Matthews Mangondo on drug testing.
